missing pages in harry potter. rare??

my copy of harry potter 7 skipped from page 706 to 739. i asked all of my friends if that happened in theirs, and they said no. i know that there are over 300 others that are missing pages and/or are misprints in some way or another (i read it online on CBS.com). do you think that the books with the missing pages are going to become colectors items eventually? or will they just be worthless??

Collectors items of course,but i would advise going out and buying a new book,its a great one.
