Mystical Moon

Fantasy and Mysticism covers an extremely wide field. For some it might just be an interest in the phenomenon that is Harry Potter, for others it might be playing the World of Warcraft game.

For a little girl the unwavering belief in Fairies at the bottom of the garden, whilst for others a curiosity about Wicca and the Occult, or the practice of illusion and slight of hand known as magic!!        

As a young boy I loved playing Dungeons and Dragons, aspiring to be my player hero, wielding a mighty sword or casting a powerful spell on my enemies. I have always been fascinated about Wicca and have read alot of books on the subject. Can people really call on mother nature to assist in their spells or is it just co-incidence, I let you be the judge.  My own personal beliefs are that hundreds of years ago,  ordinary men and women knew alot more about plants and herbs and at being one with nature and maybe, just maybe it's possible that over the years, we have forgotten ancient teachings, that we were capable of casting spells or curses and that goblins or fairies did exist.

When the Harry Potter stories arrived, childrens imagination went into overdrive. What would it have been like to attend Hogwarts School of witchcraft and Wizardry? Even if you had to board there without your parents, imagine sleeping in four poster beds and investigating all those rooms and corridors, not to mention the enormous common room with roaring log fire.

It has never been easier to find even the most unusual mythical and magical items online, from Mystical art to Harry Potter wands, its all there. Enough for you to make that magical gnome garden or turn your childs bedroom into Slytherins common room.

Gandalf the grey

I don't know about you but I find traditional candles and Candle Holders a bit boring. I like something a bit different and if you browse through the sections, you will find some really beautiful and unusual items. If you enjoy the aroma of incense around your house, I have found some great Dragon Incense burners and incense holders.

Garden Fairy

My Children are heavily into Harry Potter and I have managed to source extremely realistic wands, together with the cape and even a real size model of the Nimbus 2001 broom!! In fact the shopping list is endless and I could end up spending a small fortune.
